A 71 year old who can imagine still doing yoga in her 90's!

Teach students in mid life or later years and run a 12 week business mentoring programme for qualified yoga teachers who want to grow a sustainable and profitable yoga business.

My focus and passion? Yoga for mid life and later years. How yoga can support health and well-being despite advancing years.

Main focus: working with students first and foremost. This is a truly rewarding niche.

Also offer a 12 week business mentoring programme for yoga teachers.

How to build a profitable and sutainable part time yoga business teaching students in mid life to later years.

A 12 week comprehensive coaching and mentoring programme giving the foundations of business skills and pedagogy for working with students in mid life to later years.

This gives 12  hours of CPD with online training you can begin at any time, plus 1-1 coaching and support to help you build a thriving part time business.

And the back story if you're interested!

I first began teaching yoga in my twenties - after a teacher training course which got me totally hooked on the benefits. I saw people on that programme who were finding it a really useful practice for relieving conditions such as arthritis and stress as well as building strength and flexibility and controlling weight. As someone who had  struggled with weight gain and a low self-esteem right through my teens, yoga seemed to have a far more positive effect on me than the gym attendance. I LOVED that programme.

I taught for 5 years just in a gym, and then stopped teaching due to other work commitments - but even with a busy career and two children, yoga still remained part of my life and my own wellness regime.

I came back to teaching yoga 40 years later, re-training at 61, and now, over a decade later am an E-RYT500 and YACEP with a thriving community of over 100  hundred students teaching part time.

I have a pragmatic and secular approach to yoga, and a no-nonsense approach to business.
