At a young age I was drawn towards a path of introspection. “When the disciple is ready, the teacher appears”, I once read and that’s how I connected with my first meditation teacher more than fifteen years ago. Traveling through India and Nepal, I was nourished by the ancient wisdom found at the feet of the Himalayas. Then I decided to study at the Buddhist University of the order Wat Suan Dok, in the northern Thailand. There I was Taught Vipassana meditation by the monks.
For years I’ve studied the age-old practice of yoga, graduating in my hometown Buenos Aires as a “Hatha Yoga and Vedanta Advaita Instructress”, and then receiving the title “Yoga Siromani” from Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center, in Brazil. My passion for learning and discovering different teaching techniques was enriched In the “London School of Yoga” were I developed as an Ashtanga Yoga instructress.
