Denise is a light hearted, fun-loving and nurturing yoga instructor. Focused breathing, increasing flexibility, and mindful transitions are all part of her well balanced class.  Expect invigorating challenges that build strength and stability and a victorious spirit. Use of calming oil completes the delicious ending period of rest: Shavasana.

Denise is Alliance registered, and earned her 200 RYT in 2016 at Karma Yoga, under Megan Hochheimer and Ellen McKay, after YEARS of dedicated yoga practice. Experienced designation, ERYT, achieved in 2019.
