After having practiced ballet for many years, Anne naturally turned to yoga in 2009. She first trained with Gérard Arnaud in Paris. When she meets Shiva Rea in 2016 it’s a real crush! Certified as a Prana Vinyasa teacher in 2018, Anne continues her journey with Shiva. She is today a Prana Vinyasa affiliate and offers Teacher Trainings in France.
She also teaches yin yoga and pre & postnatal yoga.
Anne is also a doula; she guides women and families in their birth and parenthood projects.
