I am a 500 hr Registered Yoga Teacher and recently received my Prenatal yoga teacher certification.  I follow the vinyasa style and my classes are more gentle, welcoming both the beginner practitioner and the advanced as well.  I also enjoy Yin Yoga.  I have loved and practiced yoga for many years, both in Brazil where I am from, and in several states in the United States during my time as a military wife.  I love meeting people and sharing my love of yoga with everyone.  Every student is a teacher to me.  I have grown so much in my confidence.  Yoga has opened up a world to me and I hope to be able to make that available for anyone who is interested.  I aim to continue learning and growing every single day.   Come check out a class with me, you will be received with love and be guided through a nice flow.  Namaste!
