In 2005 after graduating from UT Austin, Tiffany Asha, discovered yoga while working as a new school teacher. This transformative experience changed her life forever, teaching her how to love herself through life's challenges both on and off the mat.

Despite no longer teaching in a traditional school setting, Tiffany continues her passion for teaching by helping others through yoga and sound events. Her purpose is to hold space for people, and their innate potential for creativity and expansion, while also creating customized sacred healing environments. 

In her yoga classes, Tiffany’s heart centered approach encourages her students to safely challenge themselves with loving support while also having fun and being creative. She believes that having fun allows us to remain present and breathe in the space we are in.

When Tiffany isn't teaching or working on wellness projects, she loves spending time snuggling with her dog, swimming with sharks, and laughing with her family.
