I have been practising yoga since 2001 and have a keen interest in Anatomy & Physiology and I love to learn. I'm happy to always be a student as well as sharing what I have learned on my own personal yoga journey.
I really enjoy the many aspects of yoga not just asana practice on the mat; yogic philosophy is also very important to me. One of the benefits I have a particular interest in is relaxation and it's positive effects in regards the nervous system.
I teach adult group and private sessions, pre- and post-natal yoga and yoga in schools in and around the Hucknall area of Nottingham. I have enjoyed leading workshops for primary school teachers and am comfortable in corporate settings.
