I began to study yoga in 2007. While working in corporate business, yoga became my daily companion for health, fitness and to balance out stress.
I practice Hatha Yoga and since 2013 I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. Since 2018 I am also certified in the Iyengar Method.
My classes explore the fundamentals of the yoga practice. I teach to build your practice from the ground up: introduce proper breathing, build strength, increase flexibility, reduce stress and give foundation to the yoga practice.
No yoga experience is required.
