Yoga Alliance E-RYT® 200

Androniki is a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT® 200) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).

She started practicing Yoga in 1998 and she loved it  as a physical exercise, as a philosophy and as a way of life.

In 2014 she completed the Yoga Basic Course 100 hours and in 2015 the Yoga Alliance 200-hour Registered Yoga Teachers Training. Her practice is inspired by her Teachers, as well as by the Yoga workshops and Teacher training programs she attends, in Greece and abroad, led by exceptional Teachers, and concerning physical practice (Asana), breathing techniques (Pranayama) and Meditation.

Since 2015 she teaches classes and leads workshops, sharing her knowledge and her experience with her students in order to raise awareness, self knowledge, inner peace and freedom.
