Teresa started to practice yoga since 2004 and worked as an advanced yoga instructor at several fitness centers and organizations in Hong Kong since 2007, including Action Waterfall, Physical, TF Gym, FTUSTSC, HKYSA, HKCC and HKEDA.

Since 2011 she started to participate in different yoga competitions and even set up her student performance team in 2012, lead her outstanding students to explore and grow from different competitions and become enthusiastic in yoga.

From 2013 to 2014, Teresa was particularly interested in aerial yoga, and she worked hard to study and enroll in four different styles of aerial yoga training courses and achieved superior results. She participated in the Shanghai International Fitness Yoga Invitational Tournament at the end of 2014 and successfully entered the finals, but unfortunately, she suffered a waist injury during the competition and could not backbend more, but she still insisted on completing the action until the final stage.

In 2015, she accepted many magazines and newspaper interviews, and served as a TV program yoga instructor, gaining recognitions and trust from all.  In 2016 she created a charity yoga event and donations were made to charity Orbis and UNICEF for the first time. Thereafter, she is always invited by different charity organizations like the Joyful (Mental Health) Foundation.

In the same year, Teresa created the latest aerial yoga poses and planned the aerial performance flow. At the same time, she also completed the writing of the Aerial Yoga teacher training certificate course and the textbooks of 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Certificate course, as well as obtained the internationally recognized qualifications to start the teacher training certificate courses and workshops to promote yoga.  In 2017 Teresa participated in the 7th Asian Yoga Sports Championship in Singapore and won the first runner-up of the single women's team. At the end of the same year, representing the Hong Kong team, she led the students to participate in the Shanghai International Aerial Yoga Angel Invitational Tournament. Two of the students successfully won the Top Ten Aerial Yoga Angel Awards.

Teresa has taught different types of yoga for many years. Currently she is the lead instructor and founder of Yoga Fitness HK. 

She is a very talkative and friendly person. She believes that yoga makes people feel healthy and strong which will boost our self-confidence.  Hence, she likes to share the ideas about yoga and healthy life style and influence her students to enjoy yoga.
