Denise Kerr, RYT-200 and Blooming Life Yoga graduate. 

In both Canada and the United States, Denise has a varied history in fitness. Denise achieved her first Dan in Shotokan Karate in 1994 and completed her certification as a personal trainer and fitness instructor through the YMCA in 1997. Having been an avid runner and cyclist, Denise competed in several duathlons after turning 45.  She is a certified behavioral management coach, always evolving into her “best Self”. Denise's primary motivation in sharing her yoga spirit is to invite to practice those who, because of mistaken perceptions about yoga, poor body image, or deconditioned fitness levels would never otherwise feel comfortable setting foot in a yoga studio.
