Yoga, more than passion: Feel good, connected to breath.
Whether kickstart or breakout, Monika's creative Vinyasa Flows improve strength, flexibility and balance - physically and mentally - regardless of age or fitness. «Action.Traction.Relaxation»: the fusion of healthy dynamic flows, effective asanas and yoga techniques such as pranayama (breathing techniques), focus or meditation combined with fascia-focused Body-Mind-Practice training.

Hatha yoga with Grand'Ma at 5 years of age, continuous education and training in various yoga styles, know-how and experience of dance and sport (swim/bike/run, Qi-Gong/WingTsun-Kungfu) and many years working as a CD Marketing for projects of health prevention form the basis:

  • for Athletes to increase strength & flexibility, prevent injuries and improve breathing;
  • for Office & Sales for maintaining the health of the health neck, shoulders, back and wrists, to reduce tension and stress; 
  • for Everyone: energize, rejuvenate - feel good.

Vinyasa Flow with side effects: Precision meets creativity.

Monika is guiding safely and relaxed through her sequence. The focus is on alignment, stability and if necessary giving an individual adjustment.

Monika führt sicher und entspannt durch den Unterricht. Im Fokus sind: Ausrichtung, Stabilität und individuelle Anpassung wo nötig.
