Lithuanian native Rosita Jan is a traveller, entrepreneur and a yoga teacher residing in Malta. After graduating university in the United Kingdom, she traveled to South Africa and it was here that she found the joy of incorporating yoga and meditation into her everyday life. Deepening her yoga practice and also taking her first steps towards teaching, she ended up travelling to Rishikesh, the international capital of yoga in India, where she spent time exploring the intricate studies of yoga and spirituality. After moving to Malta in early 2012 she started teaching yoga part time on this Mediterranean island. A few years later Rosita made a decision to leave her corporate career in finance and share her passion for yoga full time. She teaches Vinyasa Flow, integrating alignment, core work, and breathing techniques with creative sequencing. Rosita is the creator and lead teacher at SUP Yoga & Fitness Malta, where she has a team of yoga teachers working alongside her. When not leading SUP Yoga Teacher Trainings or Yoga Retreats, she also organises Trapeze Yoga workshops, being one of the first internationally certified instructors.
Rosita has trained with a number of internationally acclaimed teachers like Briohny Smyth, Dice Iida-Klein, Honsa & Claudine Lafond, Mackenzie Miller, Mathieu Boldron and Lucas Rockwood.
