I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500) with the Yoga Alliance, having completed my 200-hour training in 2015 and 300-hour training in 2021. I am currently working toward certification in Yoga Therapy at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California.
Our practice on the mat has a profound and insightful effect on our lives off the mat. We breathe in new experiences. Flow through challenges. Practice with intention. Find joy in all that we do. Yoga gives us the opportunity to focus and grow mentally, spiritually, and physically. If we can find patience and meaning as we breathe through our practice, we can find it anywhere.
I believe in providing a client-focused, compassionate environment that allows for exploration, collaboration, play, and healing. Classes and services combine alignment, accessibility, breath, and mental awareness to encourage and empower practitioners to discover a sense of joy and purpose in all that they do.
