i love to travel with yoga, teach wherever i am on the planet to share yoga as a universal language. i prefer to practise & teach outdoors, close to the ocean but if you'd love to invite me to another beautiful place i'll definitely come around!
when i'm not traveling i used to teach in köln/cologne, germany in the studios above, in the park (donation based) or my beloved boy group the yoga ultras. now i am based in PORTUGAL teaching in various venues in ALGARVE!
lots of yoga teachers influenced my style but there are two i really admire: *meghan currie* and *mark robberds*. meghan teaches me to play, to fly, to go with the flow and mark adds perfect gentle alignment technics <3
all my classes are breath-centered, like the waves of the ocean breath gently flows in and out and is the best teacher you can have.
