Diana is a yoga instructor with certifications in Primordial Sound Meditation, The Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga (Hatha), and Perfect Health-Ayurveda from The Chopra Center for Wellbeing in San Diego, California. Diana has also completed Trauma-Conscious Yoga Training with Connected Warriors, Prime of Life Yoga certification with Samata International and a 300-hour Anatomy Based Yoga Certification from YoguU Online.

Formerly in the computer industry, Diana began her quest for healthier living in 2012.  Having seen first-hand the health benefits of yoga, meditation and Ayurveda, she came to the realization that her purpose in life was to help others improve their overall well-being.  With her gentle easy approach to instruction mixed with the flare for fun and soulfulness, Diana uses her full palette of knowledge and skills to creatively present these ancient practices, meeting the student where they are TODAY in their practice. From the experienced yogi to beginner, she offers her students a clearer pathway to more radiant well-being in a style where there is no pressure to compare or judge, just simply BE and work from there to progress slowly and with ease.
