Vanessa started practicing yoga when she was looking for a balance in her stressful daily life working as an Administration Manager in a Family Business. Soon she found the inner peace that she was looking for through yoga and she decided to go deeply into it with the teaching training. She got her certificate as a Hatha Yoga teacher in in 2013 and she made a change in her life style.
The Universe gave her the opportunity to move to London and the Iyengar Maida Vale studio where B.K.S Iyengar taught classes become her second home.
She went forward in her curiosity in this ancient discipline traveling twice to India which opened her mind to new perspectives and finding much more to learn about it.
With this background she arrived in Melbourne (FL) and after to get her RYT200 Yoga Alliance certificate she knows there is nothing impossible when you focused your energy in those things you love.
After a year and half broaden her teaching experience in Melbourne (FL) she moved to India to continue her studies in Classic Yoga. After 9 months living in Mumbai, practicing in Iyengar center, visiting many Ashram and a new teaching training done in India she got not just the knowledge she was looking for, also many friends and more love for India culture.
