I am passionate about holistic wellness and believe the secret to obtaining a healthy and happy existence is by listening to the body and striving for balance. A practicing yogini for 11 years, I became a registered yoga instructor on Big Island, Hawaii in 2015. I am a member of Yoga Alliance and a proud alumni of the Yandara Yoga school based in Baja, Mexico. I completed a diploma in Holistic Nutrition in 2017, and am currently working as a nutritionist in Vancouver, British Columbia.
