My Vinyasa Krama yoga classes invoke the elements of earth, water and fire and are infused Srivatsa Ramaswami's three stages of life teachings. Gururāṇi Añjali's pranayama and meditations are the foundations for Yoga for the Vata Mind. And to further prepare the body for the transformative energies Yoga activates, I offer The Yoga of Food to help my students align their inner, micro-verse with their yoga practice.

I have a MA in Yoga Studies from Loyola Marymount University. I offer talks on the History of Yoga and Modern Yoga in the West.  5-Weeks with Patajali opens a conversation with students interested in Yoga philosophy and provides a guided tour of the Yoga Sutras.
