I have been practising yoga for over 12 years. I practice a variety of styles including Ashtanga, Hatha and Kundalini although my classes focus more on Hatha.
I have recently qualified to teach Aqua Yoga.
Yoga is the thing which keeps me mentally and physically healthy and I became a yoga instructor in order to share my passion with others.
I am also a Cognitive Behavioural Teacher with a focus on relationships.
