Elizabeth Cabalka Bayer is the former owner of Green Lotus Yoga & Healing Center in Annandale, MN, named Chamber Business of the Year in the first year of operation. This location closed in October 2021.
She began teaching yoga in 2007 and taught a variety of weekly yoga and meditation classes for 15 years. She is a certified yoga teacher (E-RYT-500) with a passion for meditation. In addition, she is a retired faculty member for Green Lotus’s RYT-200 Teacher Training program.
Elizabeth is the author of three books. Her most recent book, titled Yoga Expression Spirit – Tools for Authentic Living.
Elizabeth has over twenty years of corporate experience and also served as a lead consultant for an international non-profit for six years, developing programming and educational materials. She has provided leadership in the corporate arena as well as in numerous civic groups, small government, and business groups. Most recently, she and her husband created a 501(c)(3) which employs young adults and adults with a variety of learning styles and abilities.
Elizabeth is an avid mountain biker, loves hiking, making music, and watercolor painting.
