Lita has many roles in her life just like we all do. But the ones that influence her the most are being: a mother, a companion, a yogi, an educator and a student, a wellness and nature lover, an advocate for peace and equality and lastly but not least, a free spirit.
Lita believes in the power of breath, mindful movement and the connection of the two to bring peace to mind, body and heart. Her aspiration is to help students access their own awakened nature to transform their own lives, by encouraging students to explore their own practice. Her purpose is to bring balance between fluidity and strength, awakening and stillness, which gives the students an opportunity to experience their connection to their true “self”. In her classes you can expect a range of standing to reclined poses, connection of movement with breath, dedicated time for mindfulness and contemplation, and finding inspiration and intention for a wholesome practice.
