My journey began back in 2000 when I went to my first yoga class. Throughout this time I have developed a deep respect and admiration for yoga and that is what has led me to becoming a yoga teacher. The style of yoga that I teach is focused on connecting mind, body and spirit, through meditation, intention setting, safe and healthy posture alignments. Yoga has offered me the spiritual guidance to find my authentic self and allowing it to radiate through my teaching. I became a teacher because I wanted to share this gift that yoga has given to me. I am mother, a yoga teacher (RYT-500) and a meditation (CMT-100) instructor, and I work full time. If I'm not on my yoga mat, I am outside playing in the sun, hiking, biking, and paddle boarding.
