Veronika Vasko is a Trieste (Italy) based 500-hr yoga teacher with more than 10 years of teaching experience. She is interested in understanding the human body and mind through personal experience and scientific reasearch.
Her regular classes focus on improving healthy posture and self consciousnes, empowering her students to find a healthier body and a stronger self esteam.
In her workshops she encourage critical thinking, self exploration and research in order to demistify common beliefs and add real value to the yoga practice.
