Welcome! I would like to briefly introduce myself.

I am dedicated to well-being. I love teaching classes as well as private lessions. It is my passion to offer gentle support to you and meet you at exactly your junction of life. Additionally, I love to translate ancient yogic philosophy into modern life. Different trainings took me knowing about fascial yoga as well as Svastha Yoga and Ayurveda. I look forward to meeting you.  Besides my dedication to teaching facial yoga I am looking forward to meeting you for a 1:1 session to meet your personal needs and providing you with a manageable take home practice plan for just you and your needs.
