Owning a Landscape Gardening business with her husband for over 40 years,Widowed in 2018, Susan feels a close connection to the earth.
Practiced Hatha Yoga with Allie Chisholm-Smith and Nia with Paula McIssac,
for over 15 years.
Trained in Mindfulness Meditation will Dr. Bill Knight in 2009.
November 2013, Introduced to Kundalini yoga by a friend, fell in love with the practice. Completed Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training at PranaShanti Yoga Studio in Ottawa, under Devinder Kaur and the Kundalini Research Institute in May 2015.
January 2018, Susan is a 500 hour Yoga Alliance Teacher, Completed 5 Kundalini Yoga Level II Courses
