I'm also a Certified member of International Association of Yoga Therapist since June 2020. I completed my studies through Stress Management Center of Marin (SMC Marin) with Robin Gueth.
I've been teaching since 2014 and offer group classes through Rise Yoga and Yoga Therapy sessions through Return 2 Wholeness.
