I enjoy sharing a self-care approach to yoga; a kind, mindful, mature Hatha style that encourages holistic self-development. I do not push, mystify or complicate. I gently lead those willing along a path of yoga and self-care to improve self-awareness, mobility, flexibility, strength and overall well-being; all so valuable for reducing stress and for support through life's many challenges and transitions.
I have worked with pre-teens, seniors and all ages in between to raise awareness and share self-care techniques for improved mobility and mindfulness. Imbalances and stress have no age boundaries. It is never too late, or too early, to start yoga.
I would love to bring mindful mobility to small groups or private clients in the Leaside, North York and Scarborough areas through gentle yoga classes that can include the very helpful art of self-massage.
