Kelly Devereaux is a registered yoga teacher (RYT500).  Kelly was born in Montreal Quebec, Canada.  As a child she was an avid swimmer and practiced gymnastics.  She enjoyed reading and as a result she picked up a love for journaling.  She started practicing yoga 20 years ago when her son was very young as she needed an outlet for balancing her busy lifestyle.  She practiced ashtanga and hatha and eventually started studying to be a teacher.
