- Patricia White I have been practicing Yoga for 5 years and Pilates for 7 years. Both, changed my body and energy flow, however, with Yoga I gained spiritual peace and tools to calm my busy mind. I practice and teach Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga and in my class I am focusing on connecting breath and movement. I often use music in my classes since I am aware that most of my students prefer its calming effect. Every person is different, unique and beautiful and I strongly encourage people to listen to their body and to learn to allow themselves to do as far as they are ready on any given day.
I am passionate about sharing my experience and knowledge with everybody interested to get new dimension in their life.
In future I would like to deepen my knowledge in Restorative Yoga practice as well as in Yin Yoga.
