Dr. Lara Robinson is a naturopath specializing in the modalities of restorative, yin and vinyasa yoga, herbal remedies & meditation. Her expertise is the multitude of physical and emotional health benefits of yoga, herbs and meditation. She has researched and written extensively on the topics and published several journal articles.
Lara resides in Honolulu, Hawaii. She has been teaching yoga and meditation for 14 years and is honored to be a Honolulu Lululemon Ambassador Alum. She’s a yin & vinyasa yoga teacher who has trained with and been deeply influenced by the teachings of Pattabhi Jois, Shiva Rea, Seane Corn, Swami Govinda and Raghavan.
Lara's balanced and loving yin & vinyasa classes are collective moving meditations of self-discovery, gratitude and bliss. Her meditations and visualizations are catalysts for transformation, connecting to heart's deepest desires and manifesting through positive intention and letting go with breath.
