Born and raised in the Forest City (London, ON), I formed a deep connection with the land that was an integral part of my healing journey. I took my passion and created my business Peaceful Pine Wellness. With over a decade of experience, I support people to awaken their intuitive healing on the yoga mat, in the forest, sipping herbal tea, and feeling the heartbeat of the drum. I am a Certified Forest Therapy Guide, Herbalist, Sound Practitioner, Reiki & Energy Healer, and a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT-500.
