I have practised yoga for over 25 years. As a qualified Vinyasa Flow Yoga teacher I am passionate about bringing yoga to everyone and every body. I teach all levels of yoga ranging from complete beginners, to athletes and intermediates.
I am also a certified Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator (TCTSY-F) offering specialist yoga classes to survivors of PTSD and complex trauma.
