Yoga and English teacher, psychologist and psychotherapist, published author of articles and essays, traveller.
Out of ten years that have passed since he finished studies at the Institute of Psychology of the University of Gdansk, he spent five in Asia – working for schools and educational institutions, learning and travelling. At that time, he wrote and published a lot – in Przeglad Oświatowy (Educational Review), Magazyn Together and Kwartalnik Artystyczny Bliza, to name a few.
He studied yoga under the supervision of many distinguished teachers – first in Indonesia, then in China, Poland, Burma, at last – at its source: in Indian Himalayas. Having completed a 200-hour teacher training course (2014 in Rishikesh, the yoga capital of the world), and a 300-hour advanced teacher training course (2015 in Dharamsala), both certified by the most recognisable international yoga organisation - Yoga Alliance USA, he became one of only five teachers in Poland with a RYT 500 certificate.
Continuing his education and deepening the practice – in Ukraine and Cuba, among others – and having delivered over a thousand hours of classes, he is now classified by Yoga Alliance as an experienced teacher E-RYT 200, RYT 500, which implicates qualifications for leading teacher trainings.
For the last two years he has been living and working in Poland, conducting (together with Renata Gluszek) power yoga, stretch, relaxation and aerial yoga classes, as well as organizing workshops, events (he participated in Eu4ya international fitness convention and the celebration of International Yoga Day at AWFiS) and teacher trainings. Moreover, he still regularly publishes (mainly as a body/mind expert of Zatoka Piekna portal) and continues his studies in psychodynamic psychotherapy.
