My deepest interest in Yoga is building connections in peoples' interest with Yoga practice, helping them develop their chosen training methods and guiding the expansion of their awareness to incorporate higher perspective on the subtle art of concentration and self awareness, self expression, and self fulfilment. To this aim, I teach and love teaching quite varying practices and concepts; mindfulness, vinyasa flow, meditation, pranayama, kriya yoga, kundalini, mantras, acroyoga, and workshops on handstanding, and other pose groups. 

I started yoga from self practice using pictures and descriptions on the internet. After 6 months I completely turned my life around and started training with local teachers in the USA. In a year and a half I jumped across the world to Thailand where I was trained as Vinyasa teacher in 2008 and have been teaching in Thailand and SEA since. You can now find my programs with Sajeeva Yoga School in more locations around SEA and also our teacher training courses in Dubai, Myanmar, Thailand, and Malaysia.
