Sabrina has been practicing yoga since 2013. Always having been a person to exercise, run races, lift weights and play sports, she found something different in yoga. Yoga brought a sense of self awareness, peace, calmness and harmony to her life. There are many elements to yoga, beside the Asana's (postures) Sabrina is eager to explore and share with her yoga community. The path of yoga continues for Sabrina.
She believes that practicing yoga allows us to grow and learn more about who we are. She believes that when we are faced with challenges the answer is always inward waiting to be discovered. Sharing yoga is a true passion of Sabrina's and you can feel this when you're in her space.
