Susan Novak is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Susan began practicing yoga in 2000 due to a back injury. Her practice is in hot yoga, both vinyasa and posture (Bikram-style) practices.
Susan taught at CorePower Yoga and Gratitude Hot Yoga for many years in Raleigh, NC before moving to Belize and starting Yoga Belizeasy (belizeasy.com/yoga).
