Namaste, I am Birga.
Ten years ago I attended my first yoga class and I had tears in my eyes. Finally my monkey mind came to rest, my body could relax. Yoga saved me from a disc surgery, brought gratitude and peace into my life.
In 2015 I completed my 200h basic training in Hatha Yoga and Meditation with European trainers in India and since then I teach several times a week in yoga and fitness studios as well as privately. Further education followed, I am especially interested in the field of anatomy and one on one sessions.
I want to help people to better understand the needs of their body and to listen to them. My yoga classes are airy and grounding, playful flows or calming yin classes, as well as pregnant women, children and mamayoga. I go through life with a lot of ease, positive energy and joy and this is exactly what my classes reflect. You always take something from my classes for everyday life, be it a beautiful mantra or a stretch for the office chair.
