Yoga has played an expansive role in Michele’s life over the past decade, leading her to become a teacher, teacher trainer, studio manager and to earn her Master’s degree in Health & Wellness Coaching. What first attracted Michele to yoga was the deep level of stillness and calm achieved through the physical practice. What has anchored her to yoga is the transformational power of the deep inner work that yoga brings about. Yoga helps each student build a relationship between body, mind and the breath. Michele’s intention is to help students experience and deepen this relationship through challenging, yet nurturing classes, so that they can step off the mat feeling renewed. Michele (E-RYT, 200) completed her 200-hour teacher training through Sky House in 2015 and is currently working on her 500-hour training to continue to build her knowledge and grow as a teacher.
