I have been teaching yoga flow to many and yoga assisted with a chair to the disabled, elderly and recovering from injury. My main goal is to ensure we practice a safe yoga, so when we reach 80+ we can still tie our shoes and reach our toes...
Teaching yoga flow classes to small groups in private is always fun. I continue to learn from my teachers through workshops and have a personal practice that allows me to be my own personal student.
I continue my training with the wonderful teachers that have made me the teacher I am today...I just completed yet another 200 hours TeacherTraining and going to get the 300 hours training in gear very soon.
