I’ve always been an active person, loving ballet and practising sports. I’ve always been fully aware of the benefits given by the daily physical exercise, not only for the body, but also for the mind.
I danced for over 20 years.
I met yoga in 2013 when I moved to Australia. At the beginning my interests into the yoga practice was merely physical. Until one day, something clicked, and the yoga took me into the spiritual dimension.
I have been practicing Hot Yoga, Bikram, Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative and Vinyasa. And I have fallen in love with vinyasa. The combination of breath and movement creates a dance on the mat.
For the past 10 years, I have learnt that yoga is a lifestyle and it happens not only on the mat, but also and mainly off the mat. Anything you need is curiosity and playfulness.
I attended my first 200h YTT in 2015, in Mexico at the Yandara Yoga Institute. Since then, I have been practicing all around the world, attending retreats and yoga classes with so many different and beautiful teachers.
After Australia, I rolled out my mat in New Zealand, Dubai, London, United States, Japan, India, Thailand and Bali.
I attended my advanced trainings in New York and again in Mexico.
And I am now based in my home country, Italy, where I currently teach in Bologna, Faenza and Castel Bolognese.
As a result, my classes are unique and unpredictable.
I combine discipline and fun, strength and flexibility.
