I am registered fitness trainer with the ISSA and am a Specialist in strength and conditioning,and a certified.TRX instructor.When I found Yoga or Yoga found me,Ive realized how strong one must be in mind body and soul, to have such an ernest commitment to the study and on going study to Yoga and the aspects within the subject.I enjoy teaching and watching the progression of people and I enjoy their feeling of accomplishments.
My belief is that Yoga has its place in all aspects of health and fitness,the benefits can be as much as flexibility and strength, and meditation understanding,patience and letting things go.We are here on this Earth for a temporary time.So lets make the most of everyday,be the healthiest and vital we can be,and live and love longer and just be happy!
