My yoga journey began eight years ago when I attended a Vinyasa flow class that was recommended to me by a trusted friend. I was training for my first marathon at the time and I was feeling some aches and pains from working my body so vigorously. My friend said that yoga had helped him with his running issues and he thought it might help me, too.
That class did so much more than just help me. It changed me! It changed my mind, my body, and my spirit. Since that first class eight years ago, yoga has transformed my whole life in many amazing ways. I am a completely different person. I am calmer, more centered, and filled with much more love for myself and others.
