I am a Yoga Alliance registered teacher with 500 hours of teacher training in different practices. I discovered I had rotated scoliosis in 2013 and began practicing yoga to correct my posture and reduce back-pain. Since then my condition has greatly improved and my practice has become a central part of my life. I teach to share the heeling benefits and help others develop and deepen their own practice. I am comfortable teaching privately or in group classes and flexible to teach different styles as is appropriate.
