I've been doing yoga since 1999: Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Bikram, Hot Yoga, Iyengar, Aerial Yoga, Yin, Face Yoga. My other love is dance, and I've found that these two complement each other perfectly.

In my RYT200 I studied Hatha, Vinyasa, Aerial, and Yin Yoga. I continue my studies, especially in anatomy and Aerial Yoga. I have been teaching new Aerial Yoga teachers since 2016. I completed my RYT500 teacher training in 2023.

I have also been teaching Face Yoga since 2017. I dare to say I'm the most experienced face yoga teacher in Finland and I have also been teaching new face yoga teachers since 2021.

My continued education has expanded my yoga portfolio onto Aerial Yin and Aerial Pilates.
