Swami Kripalu believed that "the profound meaning of yoga is understood only by those who study it through regular and systematic practice." As a life-long practitioner of yoga, I appreciate the serenity and resilience that comes with practicing yoga and meditation. My mission is to share yoga so that others may experience the gifts of a regular practice. I guide mindful, awareness-based flow classes as well as Gentle, Yin, Restorative and Meditation.
