A professional Yoga Trainer, with a special expertise in the field of Hatha Yoga, Flow (Hatha and Ashtanga), Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, Anatomy & Physiology and Speciality Yoga for common ailments, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, antigravity yoga.
First tried out yoga when I was 13 as a part of one of the fitness activities during my schooling. But once grown got busy with life and career and had stopped practicing yoga. Life was ruled by stress and tensions, and earning good seemed not worth. I realized I was missing on living life, was missing to be in the moment. Once again I unrolled my yoga mat and started practicing yoga. This time I realized the connection between body and mind during my practices. The amazing feeling of mindfulness and 'being present in the moment’ is what draws me go back to my mat constantly. The power of yoga then ignited the spark in me to share this practice with my family and friends. I obtained my teacher's training from Rishikesh (Himalayan Tradition), India in June 2014 and from International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center, Madurai, India in Jan 2015. Then I decided to go deeper into the aspects of naturopathy to improve general health through natural resources and did M.Sc. Yoga and Naturopathy. I am also an anti-gravity fitness yoga trainer.
My practice centers around the breath and the cultivation of awareness of our mind and body.
I hope to inspire others through teaching and wishes to bring good health, peace, joy, creativity, confidence and positivity in life of others through daily practices of yoga.
