Qualified as a YTTC200 Sivananda Yoga teacher in Kerala, India with Sivananda vydia peetham, and Thai massage and a level II Reiki practitioner. I also love promoting well-being through dance,  drama and creativity. Previously worked as a Yoga and dance teacher  in London, Portugal and China.

I first became curious about Yoga after my teenage years;  a time in which I needed contemporary dance and fast sports like capoeira regional to exhaust my intense energy levels and express my emotions.

When I came across Yoga 14 years ago, I began to develop my own practice, which has since sparked an endless chain of positive changes leading me into a journey to a healthier and more self-knowledgeable human being.

Seeing the powerful effects it has had in all areas of my life motivates me to continue sharing this sacred knowledge with everyone: seniors, adults and children. When delivering sessions I aim to create a relaxed yet challenging atmosphere in which we can listen to our inner wisdom and our physical bodies. This is done through the use of conscious breathing, flowing movement, postures and mediation. We bring the mind, the body and all other dimensions in balance with each other to reach an overall sense of inner peace.

During a typical session you will find challenging but appropriate routines that strengthen and stretch the body while sweating, sighing and smiling leading us to the highest of all states of being: relaxation and total bliss.

What I enjoy the most is to see session participants leaving the class with an overall sense of well-being and regeneration. It feels me with even more passion to see how overtime, students become more  joyful, peaceful and conscious of their life choices.

So, be aware, Yoga can be highly addictive and potentially life transforming as you start living its positive effects too!
