As Lao Tzu says "a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step."   Miryam's journey started in Guayaquil, Ecuador. After her post graduate studies gaining a hard earned masters degree in banking and finance, she soon arrived at the realization that her heart was actually somewhere else. The question of her happiness and wellbeing trumped her previous notions of who she thought she would be. Naturally, she gravitated towards delving deeper into her own yoga practice by becoming a teacher.   Miryam completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program with Absolute Yoga in Thailand. Soon, she had the opportunity to complete Pilates Instructor training in Spain with Peak Yoga, Vinyasa & Yin Training program with Zentro Yoga - Spain, and also taught Personal Training and Group Fitness Instruction under the FEDA certifications in Spain.   Miryam is grateful to all her teachers who have helped her become who she is today, and who have inspired her to help and guide others who are on the path to holistic wellbeing. Teaching is her passion and constant motivating force, as it keeps her approaching all aspects of life through the lens of an eternal student.
