Warren discovered yoga in 2009 when travelling in Asia. There he found a quiet meditative style of yoga with long held poses which inspired his exploration of yoga. Realizing physical and mental health benefits that far surpassed any other exercise regimens that he had previously experienced, Warren became an avid yoga practitioner. Over the next few years, Warren explored a large variety of yoga styles and classes. In the fall of 2012, he then returned to Agama Yoga to complete the 150 hour First Level Yoga Intensive. From this point Warren’s personal yoga practice became focussed on Hatha, Yin and Restorative styles of yoga which employ longer held poses in a more meditative style. In the fall of 2014 Warren completed his 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with the South Okanagan Yoga Academy and the 50 hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training program with Bernie Clark. Warren feels privileged to be able to offer Hatha, Restorative and Yin yoga courses to his students.
