Tonia is E-RYT and RPYT registered with Yoga Alliance. She has been practicing since 2004 and experimented with different yoga styles before adopting the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa system of yoga. She teaches vinyasa yoga, pranayama and meditation as well as Mysore Ashtanga Yoga which she has been practicing in Mysore with Sharath Jois for many years. Tonia integrates many aspects of the traditional practice with other forms of yoga and has taught classes and workshops for over 15 ys in various studio, and privately in Bangkok most notably teaching over 10 yrs at Yoga Elements Bangkok.. In the last 3 yrs she has also begun running many online classes with practitioners joining her classes from different parts of the world. Her classes are know to be fun, dynamic and information with a strong focus on breath, technique and energetic alignment for effective asana practice and to promote overall well-being.
